Is Musk’s DOGE a data breach?

Many people are weighing in on Elon Musk’s DOGE activities. My question is this: Is giving Musk and his DOGE workers access to financial information a data breach?

As someone who has student loans, and who submits a tax return every year, I know that I never gave permission to any NON-Government person, organization, or anything else. No one elected or approved of this department, so doesn’t that constitute a breach?

Anytime that personal information is exposed, that is a data risk, and that information is viewed by someone who is not authorized. In my opinion, this constitutes fraud. My data has been breached.

My personal information has been leaked by a citizen who accessed government servers. I think we will see a flood of class action lawsuits and litigation over all this. I guess we can wait and see.
